INTRODUCTION

I am a self motivated, detail oriented person with a strong understanding of the internet and marketing. I have worked for several High Tech companies and Government Agencies in team environments as well as on my own. I am also a Captain in the Maryland Army National Guard and was commissioned through Army ROTC. I have served in many leadership demanding positions and fly the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter.

My objective is to find a position where I can fully use my strong leadership skills and creative design skills together. I am a good communicator, creative, fast paced and the type of person who never says "it can’t be done". I am always looking to do bigger and better things and continuously trying to improve myself. I am a team player and in addition to assisting with development, I would like to technically supervise a multimedia team in their design and development of client multimedia marketing materials. I would also like to work in all aspects of the project from the creation of the proposal, to developing the product, to delivering and managing the product after delivery. I enjoy working closely with upper management, the client, and partners to ensure robust and unique designs are developed to fulfill the requirements and expectations set for the project on time and within budget.
